Julie Hodges is The Pain Guru. She was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2004 and Degenerative Disc Disease in 2011. Both these conditions have caused widespread pain and suffering of body, mind, and spirit. That is what chronic pain does to all of us who have it.

Luckily for Julie, a Registered Yoga Teacher, she has been practicing yoga and meditation for over forty years and has been keeping a journal for even longer. She has an insatiable thirst for knowledge; she loves to learn. Using yoga, meditation, journaling, research, and the process of trial and error, Julie has learned how to manage her chronic pain, fatigue, and related symptoms. She wants to help you do the same.
